Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors
DSP will be hosting a training session on "Reasonable Suspicion for Supervisors" at the DoubleTree Hotel in Mundelein. This training is for employers concerned with enforcing their substance abuse policies in the wake of recreational cannabis legalization in Illinois (January 1, 2020). This session will train supervisors to recognize the symptoms of substance abuse, the indicators that create reasonable suspicion, and how to move forward once substance abuse has been detected.
